ASHRIDGE BOOKING POLICY

BOOKING FEES

All DOG bookings will require a NON REFUNDABLE/ TRANSFERABLE booking fee of $60 at the time of making a booking. No booking fee is currently required for bookings in the cattery.

This deposit applies to each booking made, even if multiple bookings are made at the same time. The $60 deposit is then deducted from the final invoice created at the end of your Dog’s stay.

CREDIT CARD DETAILS

All bookings for the kennels and cattery require us to have your credit card details securely stored on file. Payment for your invoice will be processed the night before or morning of picking up your pet(s).
